Please pray for the people affected, relief personnel and people of good will around the world who want to care. If you can do more to help, please consider making an immediate and generous donation to UMCOR using the Donate Now link (please indicate "Harvey" in the comments area below your contribution amount). If you can donate your time to help, please talk to Pastor Tim about going to Texas as part of a Volunteer in Mission (VIM) Hurricane Response Team, or to help Ardmore Church make UMCOR Specific Refief Kits. Update: To date, we have received nearly $1600. Now with Irma, prayers and donations will also be needed for those impacted. Click here to read the UMCOR handout.

Wifi Hot Spot

We have set up a Wifi “hotspot” in the sanctuary, should you want or need the internet while you are at church. There is a unit in the Sanctuary, Wesley Room and Bailey Hall. The network and password are on the front of the white box plugged into the wall somewhere in each space. For the sanctuary, it is located on the right hand side as you are looking at the altar, toward the front. Please be respectful of this service.

Food Banks

Food donations are welcomed every week. Basket for all varieties goes to St. Mark’s food bank. The orange container is for Hope UMC, Havertown. They’d appreciate Peanut Butter, Jelly, lunch items and juice boxes.

New Stained Glass Windows!
On Easter Sunday, our church and the unveiling of our new stained glass windows made the news! The four stained glass windows feature gospel-writing saints Matthew, Mark, Luke and John that came from Bala Cynwyd UMC after its closure and members joined Ardmore UMC. Click here to read the news article.

Tables for Eight
If you missed the previous series of "Tables for Eight" dinners, please keep an eye out for announcements for the next series. The "Tables for Eight" program places interested adult members of the congregation into groups of eight to share in a co-operative dinner. This program is open to couples, singles, or simply two friends who wish to sign-up together. The groups of eight will be different for each dinner. The dinner will take place in the home of someone who has offered to serve as a host. This person, or couple, will provide the main dish, rolls and beverage. Others in the group will be assigned to provide a salad, or a side dish, or a dessert.
Grace Cafe - Service Opportunity
A few times a year, Ardmore UMC has been sending a team of volunteers to prepare & serve a hot meal to the needy at Grace Cafe periodically. Grace Café is a restaurant style community meal and ministry of Arch Street UMC, serving 200-275 meals each Sunday evening with our neighbors experiencing food insecurity and homelessness. Our next service date will be announced soon. Stay tuned for future opportunities to be part of this mission.
